Refurbishment of residence at Siddamulla

The Client was faced with a problem of not being able to give parking for two vehicles within his property. There were two gates for two vehicles and the entrance was not prominent.

The problem was solved by removing the existing colonnade and canopy roof to allow space for two parking slots from a single entry. A new canopy roof was added for shading without disturbing the parking area. The front façade was developed by removing an unnecessary roof structure, adding a linear canopy roof, changing the façade finish and through landscape design.
